- At the center of the restoration of the historic 1910 Crane Building is the new home for Guardian Management. Filling the entire second and third floors this renovation dramatically restores and transforms the spaces into conference and gallery areas plus office spaces and work areas.
- Originally containing open office space, the second floor historic area has been transformed into a gallery and reception area that features conference rooms and generous open space for art installations. All of the original decorative plaster columns, coffered ceilings and moldings and white oak doorways and windows with leaded glass have been restored to their original beauty and configuration.
