- Walsh has developed and maintained a 12-year relationship with Columbia Sportswear and has successfully completed over 290,000 SF of high end remodels and tenant improvements.
- The Columbia Sportswear business complex houses Columbia’s corporate headquarters and the company’s research, design and development facilities. The headquarters project was a 200,000 SF redesign and renovation of interior spaces and included the challenge of integrating three adjoining buildings and creating an environment fostering easy interaction between the company’s diverse departments.
- The Columbia Sportswear Flagship store was a 40,000 SF seismic upgrade and renovation completed while the upper floors were fully occupied. High-end interior finishes include a radius steel staircase with ornamental railings, exposed beams and a 16,000 SF museum-quality exhibit .
